• Self-Exclusion: Block access to your account temporarily or permanently by submitting a request via the contact form. Options include 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, or indefinite exclusion. All marketing communications will be paused. Indefinite exclusion requires a minimum of 6 months and a 7-day review before reactivation.
• Permanent Closure: To permanently close your account, contact customer support. Please note: this action is final and cannot be reversed.
